Start the new year off right by joining us for our Annual Dinner celebrating 2025! We'll gather at 5:30pm on January 10th, 2026, at Double Clutch Brewing Company, 2121 Ashland Ave, in Evanston. Double Clutch Brewing Company is a fantastic car-themed, German style brewery and event venue, so naturally, it's the perfect spot for our Annual Dinner!
We'll kick things off at 5:30pm with drinks and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a family-style dinner served at 6:30pm. The evening officially wraps up at 10:00pm, when we’ll need to vacate the banquet area. But don’t worry, the bar will remain open until 11:00pm for anyone who wants to keep the good times rolling!
Dinner will be served at authentic Oktoberfest-style tables and benches, a fitting touch for a BMW club wouldn’t you say?

The autocross awards presentation and Yokohama tire raffle will take place here, as well as raffle prizes, and a charity auction benefitting GiGi's Playhouse, the BMW CCA Foundation and Northern Illinois Food Bank.
All in attendance will be encouraged to dress up in as much BMW gear as you can possibly put on, with the winner of a “best dressed” vote getting a special prize. Casual or business-casual if preferred instead. We are really excited to share this revamped Annual Dinner with you all, so register now!

There is more than ample street parking alongside Ashland Ave as well as a limited number of spaces in the attached parking lot that are first come, first serve. If you have special considerations, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note this in your application.
Pricing (includes processing fees for online registration)
$55 per adult (includes 1 alcoholic beverage ticket for ages 21+)
$25 per child (age 12 and under)
This is a Windy City BMW member event. Each BMW CCA member can bring one adult family or friend guest. Children are welcome and don't count towards your party's guest total.
