If the numbers you chose are not available, you will be assigned an available number.

Cancellation Policy

You must cancel by before registration closes the Wednesday prior to the event. To cancel, simply navigate to your event dashboard at motorsportreg.com.

Payment will be processed after registration closes. If you cancel prior to the close of registration you will not be charged. If you cancel AFTER the close of registration, or you do not show up, no refund or credit will be given.

Wait List

Allowed participants are constantly evolving with state restrictions, though, we are hoping to target our usual event size of 100 entries. Everyone registering will automatically be placed on the waitlist. As spots free up, we will move people from the waitlist in the order you registered. You may check your status at any time by logging in to Motorsportreg.com and looking at your event dashboard. If you wish to be taken off the waitlist, please cancel your registration.

Directions
To get to the event, please follow these directions:

From 495 take exit 109B (Route 2A/110) and turn toward Ayer.
From either direction, you will make a left turn onto Route 2A. You will follow Route 2A all the way to the Devens airport entrance.
You will go through a rotary about 5.5 miles from 495. Continue on 2A which is the second exit in the rotary (straight across, just past the McDonald’s).
You will then go about 1 mile and be in the center of downtown Ayer. Route 2A will take a right turn just past the main business district; there will be a Mobil station on your left at that corner.
Travel about a half mile to a fork in the road. Bear left to remain on Route 2A.
You will pass Shop N Save Market on your left. Go an additional half mile beyond the market.
Take a left at a sign for a State Police barracks. You’ll pass a sentry gate at the entrance to the Moore Airfield.
Immediately bear left and continue up the hill towards the airport tower. This will take you into the autocross site.

Event Information

Gates Open: 7:00 AM
Tech Inspection: 7:15 - 8:00 AM
Drivers Meeting: 8:00 AM
Course Walk: after the Drivers Meeting
First Car Off: 9:00 AM
Event concludes: between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM

This is an all-day event. You are required to work in both the morning and the afternoon. If you miss your work assignment, you will be disqualified from the event. While working on the course, there is no sitting, taking pictures or chatting in groups. If we see you do that, you will only get ONE reminder for the day and it will be a very stern one. Safety is a priority! We reserve the right to discharge anyone from the event who creates unsafe conditions.

Under no circumstances are guests, non-registered persons, allowed to drive during the event.
Remind your guests that they are not allowed to walk anywhere near the course.
No one under 16 years old is allowed as a passenger. No backseat passengers.
Drones or anything resembling a drone ARE NOT permitted at any Boston BMW CCA Autocross event.
A link for the live timing will be sent the morning of the event.
VERY IMPORTANT: Do NOT speed around town. Cops are everywhere in the area. If you get caught doing stupid things around town, you will be asked to leave the event. Speed limit at the site is 5 MPH, except when you are running of course.
Lunch – order it with us or bring your own, but please, please don’t leave the base. We only take 30 minutes for lunch. That is not enough time to be back for your work assignments.

Please bring plenty of fluids; you can become dehydrated even when it is cool and cloudy.

We do run in the rain; we will stop if there is lightning. Please bring rain gear and a tarp or bin etc. for all the items you need to take out of your car. You need to come prepared to brave the elements. Bring rain gear and warm clothing if weather warrants it. Also, there is no running water at the site.

There are port-a-potty facilities on site. Utilize ONLY these facilities for your on-site bathroom needs.

Tech Inspections

Take everything out of your car and put your numbers on.
Snell, ESC 2015 or newer helmets are required and must be in the car for Tech Inspection.
Form two lines in the center of the paddock for tech inspection
Cars with annual inspection stickers are subject to random inspections.

NOVICES: Currently we are unable to offer instructors, therefore we cannot accept First-timers (anyone with less than 5 events).
